As of today, my journal is completely friends-only. How very strange. But it feels good. I'm sad that I won't meet more nifty people via LJ, but I'll live, and feel a little more comfortable talking about whatever I'd like.
People should, however, comment if they want to be let in.

Friend? Since I do end up at your house occasionally. Also, you are one of those interesting people out there.
(yay interesting!)

so I'll do it here
You should never feel sorry for yourself. Smile and say that you're the best whatever your weight is. You will be even better when you lose some pounds, BUT no self-destructing thoughts. Want some spicy food? EAT it. But half of the portion (Travolta's method). Whatever you did, do or will do, never-ever-ever repent. And then even if you don't lose an ounce, you'll be always nice and good-looking, because a single smile gives you more power than sheer ribs and dark semi-circles under your eyes as a result of self-reproaching and undereating.
Be cool.
Be nice.
Eat half a portion. And smile. Smile. Smile.
You're beautiful. It's true.
You're sick? So what! Smile and say - Okay, I'm sick. I'm the sickiest person in the whole wide world. But I will smile, because I'm strong. :)
And always encourage yourself to smile - whenever you fall, whenever you're ill, whenever you feel like dying - when you smile, you look gorgeous.
